Requirements:

Male/Female

24 - 35 years old
*
Minimal Graduate Degree (S-1) Law, psychology and management
*
Good understanding in Manpower Rule, CBHRM and its implementation
*
Have a good knowledge of Human Resource Information System, payroll system and SOP concept
*
Have good knowledge and implementation in policy and regulation regarding remuneration, recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and trustworthy
*
Computer literate in MS Office
*
Good communication skill in English (oral & written)
*
Flexible, independent, good interpersonal skill
