ATM Operation Staff (Contract)
     

Major Responsibilities

 

As the title suggests, this is an ATM Operation Support role. In this role, you will be required to input data required to create Debit Cards, while monitoring the cash balance and uptime of the ATMs. Additionally, you will also monitor the replenishment process with vendors and perform the reconciliation of the ATMs & networks (VISA/Master, Bersama, Prima network).

 

Mandatory Skills

 

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree either in Accounting or Information Technology with a minimum 1 year experience in ATM Operations. Relevant reconciliation experience would be advantageous, as will your eye for detail and your ability to work under pressure.

Full-time, 5 day week, Menteng Jakarta. Responsibilities include:

 

a.         Management: overall responsibility for the smooth running and long-term profitability of the Serviced Office(s) placed under their charge in the respective cities/countries.

 

b.         Sales: handling office suite, virtual office, meeting/conference and other related sales enquiries from initial customer contact to conclusion, answering queries and attending to customer concerns, conducting visitor tours, negotiating extensions to existing agreements, coordinating sales efforts between other centres where relevant. Centre managers are overall responsible for meeting sales targets for their respective centre(s).
