Customer Service Representative Post Date: 01 May 09

Job Summary:

This position involves the administration of orders; costing and order
process, issuing Purchase Orders, perform on-time deliveries to
customers, expedite delivery with vendors, handle change orders and
post order issues. This position requires the use of independent
judgment with sense of urgency and good follow-up skill.

Essential Job Requirements:

Experience required (Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities):

Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering / Management / Economics
*
2-3 years relevant experience in the Engineering /Process industries
*
Resourceful & adopt good order process practices
*
Possess good interpersonal communication skills and initiatives
to resolve problems and meet customer's expectation
*
Having strong sense of urgency, good follow-up and analytical skill
*
Able to organize and maintain work procedures in a systematic manner
*
Hard working & a team player
*
Familiarity with SAP system will be an added advantage
*
Proficiency in English (both oral & written)
