PT Matahari Kahuripan Indonesia (MAKIN Group), a rapidly growing Palm
Oil company with its Planting location spread in all over Indonesia
(mostly in Sumatra and Kalimantan), is the holding company of numerous
subsidiaries involved in various sectors of agribusiness, including
palm oil, reforestation, timber estate, and clove plantation.

Requirements:

Minimun S1 Degree with GPA min 2,75 majoring
Law/Management/Psychology from well-known university
*
Min 3 years experience as Personnel & General Affairs Manager,
preferably from palm oil plantation industry
*
Have knowledge and skills to handle remuneration, industrial
relation, recruitment & training
*
Able to maintain good relationship with the other related party
*
Have Good analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to work
underpressure
*
