Marketing Administration

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years experience in marketing
*
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), Majoring in English
*
Maximum age 30
*
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
*
Familiar with Ms. Office Application (Ms. Word, Ms. Exel, Ms. Power Point)
*
Good personality, Outgoing, Communicative, Honest and Responsible
Responsibilities :
*
Respond to clients' requests or inquiries via email, telephone
or facsimile
*
Provide quotation as per client requests
*
Properly file all marketing related documents (Incoming/Outgoing
Fax, Incoming/Outgoing Letter, email, PO/SO etc)
*
Communicate and Coordinate with Operation Department regarding
the units required by client
*
Create PO/SO to Subcontractors when necessary
*
Marketing Administration
*
Provide revenue report
*
Create Heavy Equipment or Vehicle Rental Contract
