Job Description

Weekly, monthly, quarterly preparation of management reports and financial statements
*
Cash management, budgeting, cap-ex and controlling
*
Enforcing and managing internal accounting/finance controls
*
Providing strategic and operational leadership to the Finance and Accounting subdivisions
*
Working on special projects and presenting/communicating results to upper management
*
Overseeing the development and implementation of financial systems, policies, and procedures
Job Requirement
*
Min. Bachelor degree in either Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business Administration
*
CPA or CFA certification is a distinct advantage.
*
Has 3-6 years of professional experience in similar position/field
*
Experience working from palm oil plantation business is advantaged
*
Experience with budgeting and creating financial projections
*
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
*
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills a must
*
Familiarity with accounting software (IFCA) and understanding of local tax and accounting rules preferred
*
English speaking and writing a must
*
Self motivated and able to effectively work with others
*
