Business Centre Manager
Full-time, 5 day week, Menteng Jakarta. Responsibilities include:
a. Management: overall responsibility for the smooth running and long-term profitability of the Serviced Office(s) placed under their charge in the respective cities/countries.
b. Sales: handling office suite, virtual office, meeting/conference and other related sales enquiries from initial customer contact to conclusion, answering queries and attending to customer concerns, conducting visitor tours, negotiating extensions to existing agreements, coordinating sales efforts between other centres where relevant. Centre managers are overall responsible for meeting sales targets for their respective centre(s).
c. Customer Service: welcoming visitors to the business centre, attending to customers' requests, enquiries and complaints so as to produce maximum customer satisfaction.
d. Operations: office management, maintenance and administration, setting up office suites, meeting/conference rooms, virtual office solutions and other related services for clients, preparation and issuing of invoices, credit control, administration of accounts receivable and payable, assisting in preparation of audits, setting up, documenting and maintaining business centre processes.
e. Marketing: exploring avenues for marketing the business centre in line with business objectives, working closely with the Corporate Sales & Marketing Team where available.
f. Telephone duties: answering telephone calls for multiple phone numbers according to individual specifications, assisting tenants with their use of the telephones, ensuring phone set-up is up to date.
g. Human Resource & Training: interviewing candidates, overseeing staff welfare and needs, providing training for necessary job scope and resolving staff issues for their respective centres.
h. Anything else that may contribute towards the smooth running of the business centre.

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years working experience. Prior office/property management and customer sales experience preferred. Experience in the business centre background would be a strong advantage.
* Degree holders in Business Management, Marketing or related fields preferred. Relevant experience will be considered.
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are essential; additional business fluency in other languages is an advantage.
* Service-oriented, responsible and self-motivated, with an eye for details.
* Able to multi-task, work both independently and in a team, and take the initiative.
* Pleasing and people-oriented personality
* IT savvy – Expertise in MS Office applications; Knowledgeable in PABX system, Internet applications would be a strong advantage.
