TRAINING STAFF (TS)
As a member of Human Resource Department team, you will be responsible in handling staff training and development programs. Start from arranging internal or external training up to conducting training evaluation and preparing the training reports. The responsibility includes monitoring training expenses and preparing its reports.
Requirements:
* Experience in training coordination and administration forminimum 2 years in any industry, while in banking industry will be an advantage.
* Bachelor degree holder in Psychology/Social Science/Management.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. TOEIC score equiv. 700 or TOEFL of min. 550).
* Posses the service attitude.
* Strong team leadership.
* High achievers (performance oriented).
* Good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
* Possess high sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity.
* Strong Service-Excellence mind-set and Communication skill.
