reporting to monitor profitability, cash flow, product cost,
debtors/creditors, sales and capital expenditure.

Interpret the Company's financial performance and make
recommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement.

Supervise maintenance of the company chart of accounts. Assign
new classifications and cost codes as may be necessary. Ensure correct
and accurate accounting classification of all expenditures and
documents.
*
Liaise with the external and internal auditors as required.
*
Plan and review the training and development plan for all finance staff.
*
Continuously look for improvement in the finance business
processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of financial
reporting and transaction processing without sacrificing internal
control objectives.
*
Ensure all activities and objectives are aligned with Johnson &
Johnson regional strategies.
*
Ensure activities comply with relevant Acts, legal requirement
and professional and ethical standards.

IREMENTS

S1 Degree From Any Discipline
*
Min.10 Years Experience in Multinational Fast Moving Consumer
Goods companies
*
Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory)
*
Making Trade Plans to increase sales volume
*
Proved successful record in Good and strong education
background, People Management skills: Training programs and Team
building
*
Driving people for results through Motivation, Rewards & punishments
*
Willing to work in the tough environment ( result oriented)
